Cookie Monster in a Cookie Jar

My niece loves stuffed animals that sing, talk or play music and I wanted to give her fancy chocolate chip cookies for her birthday. Hmmm? How to combine the two as a gift?

Who likes chocolate chip cookies more than anyone else? Cookie Monster, of course! “Me want cookie!”, “Me eat cookie!”, and “Om nom nom nom” said the Cookie Monster through a mouth full of cookies.

I found the perfect Cookie Monster stuffed animal singing a song by counting from one to 20 cookies. For a thoughtful twist, I purchased a large cookie jar so he would fit inside. Cookie Monster in a Cookie Jar!

We do not want Cookie Monster eating the fancy cookies so I placed the cookies outside the jar. Cute! Huh?

This was the centerpiece for Whitney’s birthday party. It was a hit and everyone loved choosing their own cookie.

The Cookie Monster in a Cookie Jar gave me an idea for my friend, Susan. She collects cookie jars and I knew she would love it for her birthday.

This time I purchased a plain small stuffed Cookie Monster (no singing, talking or music) and placed him in a small cookie jar.

I gave her a tall stacked chocolate chip cookie along with a dozen fancy chocolate chip cookies to share with her co-workers on her birthday. Everyone loves it when they receive a birthday gift they can share with their friends!

As I’ve mentioned many times in our blog, Presentation-Presentation-Presentation is part of gift giving and this idea is easy peasy idea to recreate or to add your own “thoughtful twist!”
