Do you need a memorable way to give money? I thought so!
Sometimes money is the only gift to give to teenagers, graduates from high school or college, or newlyweds who need help paying for a honeymoon.
For some reason, writing a check even when it’s what is wanted, doesn’t seem much of a thoughtful gift. This gift idea combines money (or a Visa gift card) with something they’ll have fun unwrapping.
It’s called the In Case of Emergency Break Glass gift idea, and it works well for birthdays, Christmas, graduations, weddings or anniversaries.
Purchase a picture frame for the occasion, and type the words “In Case of Emergency Break Glass” and insert a debit card or cash. Easy Peasy!
The “In Case of Emergency Break Glass” money gift idea is guaranteed to bring a smile and even laughter with the play on words. It’s the gift they wanted and the thoughtful gift you wanted. Everyone wins!
In suggesting gifts: Money is appropriate, and one size fits all. – William Randolph Hearst

I am sure there are anecdotes–but facts are facts. Great Britain spends half what we do on health care, and gets roughly the same results. But they don't. Public UK health care is much slower and of much lower quality. It would be much more expensive if the trial lawyers could force the same type of defensive medicine as in the US and if they could drive insurance premiums to the same levels. Or if drug costs were at the same level as in the US. To do a proper assessment you have to do an apple to apple comparison and that is not being done.

Thanks for sharing. Interesting to see all the trips you are planning and documenting. Great stuff, no one else in SL has bothered to do something like this. Nice work )
